Strong networks/exchanges in Euro Zone?

We're looking into expanding into France and Spain and would be interested to hear from anyone who has experience of working with networks/exchanges/SSPs in those countries...can you reccomend any?

For France, Hi Media is probably worth trying as it's the biggest one. For Spain maybe Admeta (SSP) could work?

Improve Digital is an excellent place to start http://www.improvedigital.com. Great team, European focus, proprietary technology (they used to work with PubMatic but no longer) and they have a sterling reputation.
